The Jet Aircraft Museum is a busy and exciting place where there is always lots going on. Whether it involves preserving on one of our 6 T-birds in flight ready status or partaking in a jet aircraft ground school it is hard to keep track of everthing. Check into our “JAM NEWS” section to keep up to date with the latest news as well as reports from our maintenance and pilot teams. We will also feature some stories from Canada’s Jet Age as well.

Usually every year there is a National Business Aircraft Association's Schedulers and Dispatchers  wrap up party and this year we really lucked out. This year the site selected was the aircraft carrier USS Midway.

Well with Winter finally here it is now groundschool season. At the Jet Aircraft Museum we have currently 4 different ground schools that we run. They are the Pilots Course, Back Seat Crew Course, Ground Crew Course and the Aircraft Maintenance Course.

At this past members meeting on Nov 21st we received a 2nd parachute donated for use in the Jet Aircraft Museum jets. Museum director Rick Hammond graciously received the parachute from museum member Jim Wilson.

For those of you that don’t know we have moved #052 into your maintenance facility and have begun removing the parts we require for #500 as well as the parts that would be sensitive to the extreme temperatures of being outside.

 Well we had a great summer with our findraising at JAM. We did not have the weather we always wanted, but we had great crowds and support. With the airshow season over our attention now turns to our main fundraiser of the year. The Cash and Dream flights Calander is a great fundraiser for JAM.
